Large groups can spread out and get privacy thanks to the four spacious bedrooms. All the bedrooms feature similar amenities, closets with hangers and shelves, dressers with spacious drawers, nightstands with reading lamps, and premium pillows, linens, and sheets. Each room has a Smart TV with either Roku TV or a Firestick.

You’ll sleep like royalty in the master bedroom, with a plush king-sized bed, a luxurious chaise lounge, and full-length mirrors lead to the large walk in closet. Wall mounted TV with complimentary streaming services.

The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a gorgeous custom-made headboard. Desk and office chair provided as well as a wall mounted TV with complimentary streaming services.

The third bedroom has two twin-sized beds. One of the beds is fully adjustable and even has massage capabilities! A great night’s sleep is almost guaranteed in this room! Smart TV with complimentary streaming services.

A full bathroom on the main floor features a shower/tub combo with a deep soaking Jacuzzi tub. Sit back and relax while listening to your favorite playlist or podcast on the Bluetooth speaker. The open concept kitchen and dining room create a warm atmosphere and allow conversation to flow between rooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to whip up tasty meals for the whole family. In addition to all the modern appliances, you’ll find utensils, pots and pans, cookware, bakeware, and spices. The large dining table can seat up to eight, and the outdoor dining table has space for up to 10 people.

The Cuisinart coffee maker (drip style) can brew full pots or a single cup, and there’s also an electric water kettle for tea lovers in your group. We provide complimentary instant and drip coffee, tea, sugar, creamers, french press, Tea Kettle and a fun s’mores-making kit - You'll find it all waiting for you on the kitchen table, upon your arrival!

The cozy living room sits just across the way and boasts a comfy sectional sofas, a 50” Smart TV with complimentary streaming services.

If anyone in your group needs to check emails or hop on a zoom call, we have high-speed WiFi, plus an additional workspace in the basement. This is also where you’ll find our extensive collection of board games if you feel like hosting a family game night. This area also has a Bowflex C6 spin bike, dumbbells/weight bench and elliptical making it easy to keep up with your workout schedule while away.

Enjoy complete privacy in the property’s spectacular outside space. The views from the massive deck are absolutely stunning. Enjoy the 6 person hot tub, it provides views of Huckleberry Ridge State Forest. The scenery is breathtaking when fall foliage is in full swing (between September and November).

The deck also features an outdoor table, a propane fire pit, two zero gravity chairs, and a four-burner propane grill. We provide the necessary propane so you can whip up delicious BBQ meals to enjoy at the outdoor dining table. String lights add a twinkling glow as the evening approaches, inviting you to stay awhile and continue the storytelling.

Head down the stairs to the backyard for even more space. During the summer, the swimming pool is the perfect place to cool off, and the views from here are just as incredible! The yard also has a fire pit (wood provided!), an old-fashioned seesaw, and plenty of space for throwing around a football or playing yard games.

You will have private access to the entire property during your stay. Please note that we keep the garage and the owner’s storage locked at all times.

Free parking is available in the driveway for up to five vehicles.

Roads to property are paved and serviced by local DPW, driveway can be slippery in the winter but management will plow the driveway for easier access. Use caution during inclement weather.

The house and property can be set up for weddings or events for an additional fee. Feel free to reach out and discuss both options PRIOR to booking.

House Rules

General requirements

Check-in is at 4pm

Parking arrangements are as follows: There is space for up to 6 cars in the driveway. Please do not park on the road.
No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.
The maximum property capacity is 12 people.

A $25 charge will be added for every extra guest over 8. If guest is found to exceed guest limit capacity of 8 people, the host has the right to terminate the reservation immediately with no refund, please be considerate of the rules.
Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please be considerate of our neighbors.

Quiet time is from 10 p.m. till 7 a.m. Please refrain from making loud noises during that time.

Our home is suitable for children under the age of 4.
Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.
Using glasses outside is strictly forbidden for safety reasons.

While we are pet friendly, pets are not permitted in the house unless previously approved by host. Pet fee will also apply.

Please use the swimming pool / hot tub area according to the safety rules. Do not use any glassware in or around the pool/hot tub area. Swimming is to be enjoyed at your own risk. There are no lifeguards on duty. There is a latching and locking gate to pool. Be sure it’s properly closed.

Smoking is NOT allowed in the home. If there is evidence of smoking inside the home, you may incur an extra cleaning fee.

You may smoke outdoors as long as cigarette butts are disposed of properly in ashtrays and not littered on the property grounds. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge.

Please report any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately so that we can repair or replace them.

Please refrain from moving furniture from one room to another to avoid any damages or breakages.

The cost of any damages or breakages caused by negligence may result in an additional charge.

No eating or drinking in bedrooms.

Garbage and recycling arrangements are as follows: Wednesday mornings. Cans are located near garage. Excessive garbage will result in additional fees.

Check-out time is at 10am
Lock front door when leaving by simply touching the "Yale" logo on the door keypad. Keypad access code will expire at 10am on check out day.
